Christy Hess, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Christy Hess, MSN, APRN, FNP-C graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn. with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a Distinguished Military Graduate of Vanderbilt University’s ROTC program in Nashville, Tenn. Christy has a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Christy is a Nurse Practitioner for medical oncology at Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada. Working with the multi-specialty practice, Christy will deliver the most current medical knowledge and treatment options to patients in Southern Nevada.

Prior to joining the practice in 2018, she was a Family Nurse Practitioner for Las Vegas-based Desert Pediatrics and Sunrise Pediatrics.

While in the U.S. Army, Christy served as an emergency room registered nurse at Forward Operating Base Al Asad in Iraq; a pediatric hematology/oncology case manager at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii; and chief nurse at the United States Army Health Clinic in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
