This energizing drink combines many cancer-fighting foods into one healthy and delicious cancer-fighting smoothie. - 2 kale leaves without stems
- I cup for spinach leaves
- ½ cup of frozen fruit or fresh fruit
- ⅓ cup of canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons of seeds or nuts
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 and ¼ cups of soy milk or dairy milk
- ½ cup of water
- 6-8 ice cubes
