WOLFRAM SAMLOWSKI, M.D., FACP
EDUCATION
Dr. Samlowski earned his bachelor’s and medical degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his internal medicine residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, and his hematology oncology fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining CCCN, Dr. Samlowski served as director of Translational Research, Multidisciplinary Melanoma program at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. He was professor of Oncology and adjunct professor of pathology and dermatology at the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, where he worked from 1984 to 2007. In 2007, he joined the Nevada Cancer Institute as Chief, Section of Melanoma, Renal Cancer and Immunotherapy. He also was appointed professor of oncology. Dr. Samlowski has a teaching appointment as Clinical Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno.
PERSONAL
Dr. Samlowski and his wife Suzanne recently celebrated their 30th anniversary. They have 3 grown children. Hobbies include skiing, coaching soccer, and travel.
