Your First Appointment
Scheduling an Appointment
You may schedule your appointments by
calling the Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada
location that is convenient to you. The receptionist will assist
you in scheduling your appointments.
Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m.;
however, we would not schedule a consultation visit for a new patient
any later than 4:00 p.m., to insure you have sufficient time with
your doctor.
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment,
please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to appropriately
cancel your appointment may result in an office visit charge to
your personally.
When scheduling your first appointment, you
will need to provide your insurance information, including the company,
the plan number, your policy number and the contact information
for claims. If you give us this information, we can verify your
insurance coverage and benefits before your first visit, and let
you know of any out-of-pocket expenses you may need to pay during
that visit.
Please arrive at the office at least
thirty minutes before your appointment to allow time for the registration
process.
