Your First Appointment
At Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada,
we will do all we can to make your first visit a smooth and comfortable
experience for you and your family. You will be warmly welcomed
into our extended family and treated with compassion by a team of
caring oncology professionals.
When scheduling your first appointment, you
will need to provide your insurance information, including the company,
the plan number, your policy number and the contact information
for claims. If you give us this information, we can verify your
insurance coverage and benefits before your first visit, and let
you know of any out-of-pocket expenses you may need to pay during
that visit.
You may schedule your appointments by calling
the receptionist at any one of our cancer center
locations. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment,
please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to appropriately
cancel your appointment may result in an office visit charge to
you personally.
Please arrive at the office at least thirty
minutes before your appointment to allow time for the registration
process. At your first appointment, you will be asked to complete
a number of patient forms.
