EDUCATION:
A Magnum Cum Laude graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Dr. Michael received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He completed both his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma and his fellowship in hematology and oncology at Brown University.

EXPERIENCE:
A published author, Dr. Michael is board certified in both internal medicine and medical oncology. Currently, he is an on-staff physician for several hospitals including: Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Desert Springs Hospital, Valley Hospital and Medical Center and St. Rose Dominican Hospital.

PERSONAL:
Dr. Michael's wife, Susan, is a registered nurse and professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The Michaels have three children: Julia, Rebecca and Eric. Dr. Michael's hobbies include spending time with his family, golf, music, movies and trivia.
